OUR PROJECTS

Delivering you quality, intentional spaces designed to embrace innovation, provide opportunities and urbanize communities.

An innovative approach to urban densification, this 6-story infill project’s striking design embraces the history of the neighbourhood by combining warm prairie architectural influences and contemporary detailing. The exterior is primarily masonry, using timeless materials such as tyndall stone and brick, with bold metal accents to highlight the architectural features.

Consisting of 38 homes ranging from 1 – 3 bedrooms with walk-up townhomes lining 15th Avenue, underground parking is used to activate the street level and work in harmony with the neighbourhood. With a target for net-zero carbon compliance, this project is designed with the highest accessibility and sustainability standards in mind.

These rental homes offer chic, urban styling and outdoor community focused spaces. This project is conveniently situated within one block of the Regina General Hospital, and minutes from the University of Regina and Central Business District.

Crosstown Living

Bringing a new approach to suburban rental living in Regina,  this dynamic mixed use project features a curated collection of 140 urban styled 1, 2, & 3 bedroom rental apartments over two buildings on top of a 1.36 acre underground parkade.

Featuring WEST and EAST which offer a lifestyle focused collection of amenities adjacent to a 1.5 acre urban park including walking paths and an amphitheatre for summer movie nights and concerts. The ground floor of WEST features an 11,500 sf Childcare Centre and the Ground floor of East features 10,500 sf of curated retail including restaurant, café, and additional community amenities.

The architecture pays homage to the prairie surroundings with focus on off-white brick along with elemental features of wood and metal. The high quality exteriors continue on the inside with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dynamic designer colours, high quality fixtures and fittings.

North Central Family Centre Rapid Housing Project

In collaboration with the North Central Family Centre (NCFC), we’re spearheading a project at 1066/1076 Angus St., Regina, Saskatchewan, to redefine community living. This endeavour combines affordable housing and a dynamic community hub, operating under Provincial Supported Independent Living (SIS) standards while ensuring affordability. A joint effort involving federal, provincial, and municipal governments, alongside the NCFC, this transformative initiative will encompass 30 self-contained housing units with over 40 beds, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom layouts, alongside a 6,000 square-foot community hub.

PROPOSED PROJECTS

St. Matthews Redevelopment

The St. Matthews Project is a social enterprise development to repurpose the historic St. Matthews Church in Regina into a versatile community hub with dedicated spaces for Childcare, Youth, Seniors, and Community Living. In partnership with the Anglican Diocese of Qu’Appelle, the project seeks to engage various community groups through sustainable redevelopment while honouring the site’s heritage and indigenous history. A key element is community consultation, ensuring the project reflects local needs and enriches the urban landscape. The initiative stands as a commitment to innovative urban planning, inclusivity, and preserving cultural legacies for future growth.
